Email or call us for general customer enquiries. Don't forget, you can use MyHome online or on the app to report repairs (including heating and hot water).
Our Customer Service Centre will be closed from 6pm on Friday 29 May until 8am on Monday 1 June.
We’re carrying out some essential maintenance that will also affect MyHome, so you might not be able to access or update your account in the usual way. If you need to report an emergency, please call us on 01202 319 119.
